Overview:

The Loan Collection Executive plays a critical role in the organization by managing a portfolio of delinquent accounts and facilitating the recovery of outstanding loan balances. This position is essential for maintaining the financial health of the company by minimizing bad debts and ensuring timely repayment from borrowers.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate contact with delinquent borrowers to negotiate repayment strategies.

Monitor and manage overdue accounts to minimize financial losses.

Assess borrowers' financial situations to determine the root cause of delinquency.

Implement effective collection techniques, including phone calls and emails, to recover outstanding payments.

Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records of interactions with borrowers.

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to handle escalated delinquent accounts.

Develop and maintain relationships with borrowers to encourage timely payments.
