Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries regarding product selection, pricing, and delivery
Create quotes and expedite orders for customers
Become proficient in company computer-based business systems and equipment quotation and selection programs.
Assist with the facilitation of factory orders
Purchase products from vendors as required
Enter & expedite job control sheets and factory competitive quotation memos
Attend training classes at manufacturing facilities and JMP sales territories
Support management’s efforts to meet manufacturers’ sales quotas and facilitate product promotions.
Coordinate with office admin to publish quotes
Provide follow-up and tracking for all job quotes

Work and Skill Requirements:
Mechanical systems aptitude
Excellent written and oral communication
Basic computer skills (MS Office products, email, and internet)
Excellent time management
