Summary:
We are actively looking for an Administrative Assistant responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the HR and Customer Service Department as required.
What You'll Do:
Support the Customer Service team with data entry, filing, and documentation on a daily basis
Coordinate and communicate with candidates, set up interview schedules
Maintaining an effective training database
Assist in the coordination of social activities. Arrange catering for special events, etc.
Coordinate Employee Awards Program.
Support to maintain the employee database and keep the phone system updated.
Assist in the administration of the office as needed.
Monitor the cleaning service vendor to ensure high-touch areas are thoroughly cleaned.
Ensure the kitchen and first aid room are organized, clean, and stocked.
Maintain all information boards and ensure they are up-to-date.
Other tasks as assigned
What You'll Bring:
College Diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year experience in Office Administration. HR experience preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently.
