Senior Graphic Designer

Develop and design marketing materials for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, flyers, website graphics, social media posts, and presentations.

Create branding materials such as logos, typography guides, and color palettes.

Collaborate with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality visual content.

Manage and maintain the company's brand identity guidelines.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure all design materials are aligned with brand messaging and objectives.

Stay updated on current design trends and industry best practices.

Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Assist with other design-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate industry.

Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Experience with marketing principles and best practices is a plus.
