Salary: Php 85,000.00 – 95,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SENIOR HUBSPOT ADMINISTRATOR

Your Responsibilities as a Senior Hubspot Administrator would be:

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.

• Design and manage automated workflows, email campaigns, lead scoring models, and other marketing automation processes in HubSpot.

• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key performance metrics and measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop integrated strategies and campaigns that leverage HubSpot capabilities.

• Provide technical expertise, training, and support to internal stakeholders on HubSpot best practices, tools, and features.

• Stay informed about industry trends, updates, and new features in HubSpot and other relevant technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

• Troubleshoot issues, resolve system errors, and ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Qualifications as a Senior Hubspot Administrator:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in implementing and administering HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing Hub, with HubSpot certifications preferred.

• Proficiency in configuring and customizing HubSpot features such as workflows, lead nurturing, email marketing, landing pages, and forms.

• Strong understanding of marketing automation principles, inbound marketing methodologies, and customer lifecycle management.

• Experience in integrating HubSpot with other systems and platforms, such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, and WordPress.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.

• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven track record of driving business results and delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
