Job Description

Plant Maintenance Coordinator

Provide preventative maintenance of warehouse, equipment and facility. Technician to perform basic machine repair requests, equipment changes and trouble shooting. You will perform regular preventive maintenance work on designated production equipment, general repairs on the building and grounds. Early or Late hours may be necessary for snow removal and grounds keeping.

Troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical equipment problems.

Carry out preventative maintenance measures.

Carry out emergency fixes on equipment and facility as deemed necessary.

Perform preventative maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools and production machines.

Ability to work independently while also being able to work in a team environment.

Required to be flexible in workweek and required weekly hours.

Required to perform repetitive motions on a daily basis.

Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks.

Ability to lift/carry up to 75 pounds.

Ability to carry out various tasks and repairs.

Experience repairing forklifts, pallet jacks.

Forklift and skidsteer experience preferred.

Welding experience a plus.

Valid Driver’s License.

CDL-A preferred, but not required.

Must be able to read and write in English.
