OVERVIEW:

The Care Services Coordinator's role includes confirming appointment schedules, collecting referrals, records, and bills post-appointment, ensuring all pertinent information is gathered after treatment, compiling funding packets, and working with PROVE's case management, processing, and contracting teams to ensure medical treatments are scheduled and attended.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Care Services Coordinator possess the ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring high-quality completion of their duties.

Care Services Coordinator collaborates closely with PROVE's case management, processing, and contracting teams to ensure that medical treatments are scheduled and attended to.

Care Services Coordinator is responsible for collecting appointment information, referrals, records, and bills from PROVE's medical provider network.

At the end of a patient's treatment, Care Services Coordinator performs an account reconciliation with the provider's office.

Care Services Coordinator compiles funding packets, which include Lien/LOP, bills, and records, and uploads them to the CORE, along with entering the appropriate data per procedure.

Although primarily a remote role, Care Services Coordinator may be required to attend events occasionally.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A proven track record of exceeding objectives in previous roles.

Ability to manage and complete tasks efficiently to support case managers.

Ability to overcome obstacles that hinder the progress of processes successfully.

Become an expert in PROVE's provider processes.

Innovate Care Services Coordinator processes to align with current business needs and PROVE's vision.

Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to build lasting relationships.

Understand and guide medical providers through PROVE's processes.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently throughout the day while maintaining a high level of activity and effectiveness.

Proficiency in using different software platforms.

Strong attention to detail.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

The candidate must live in the Denver Metropolitan area, with a preference towards South Denver/Castle Rock.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Associate degree or equivalent preferred.

Preference for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role

Preference for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service

Fluency in medical terminology and knowledge of various medical disciplines is desirable

Experience in patient scheduling is desirable

Knowledge of healthcare and/or the personal injury space is a plus.
