Assistant Manager- Electrical & Electronics Procurement

Position Overview: Responsible to identify, develop suppliers to support localization of Battery Pack Components- Electrical & Electronics components.

Should have experience in Supplier selection, Development and Management, Cost finalization and Cost Management.

Responsibilities: · To identify and develop supplier base capable to produce and support Electrical & Electronics parts to support Battery Pack localization in India.

· Responsible to send RFQ, Verification of quotes inline to RFQ requirements, Validate the cost elements and finalizing / negotiating the quotes meeting the affordable cost targets.

· Responsible to ensure that cost is managed / maintained well within the Market fluctuation.

· Work with Cross functional team to ensure that program deliverables are met in terms of cost, delivery and quality.

· Develop and sustain long term relationships based on product requirements and technology roadmaps.

Qualifications: · Bachelor of engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical or Electronics or Production Other Key Information / Soft Skills · Ability to work in dynamic requirement.

Should have 5+ years of experience in relevant field · Flexibility to travel · Strong analytical and data skills · Strong communication and presentation skills · Good team player · Financial acumen to understand supplier financials and analyse cost and budgets · Ability to drive towards solutions
