Key Responsabilities

Business partner of the regional Commercial function: Business analysis and Commercial Controlling

Monitoring of the commercial performance: volumes/prices/mix/margin, by sales area, market segment, product family, key account; orders taking, sales delivery, sales funnel filling …

Active participation in setting the selling prices and subsequent update (flexible pricing strategy in a very fast moving market highly exposed to the evolution of the cereals and energy costs)

Monthly Forecast of the Area Gross Margin

Preparation and participation to the monthly Business Review of the GTA BU (collect and organize data, elaborate the qualitative comments and present them together with the MD of the GTA BU to the representatives of the Group Executive Office)

Follow-up of overheads and SG&A

Active participation to the elaboration of the Budget (a yearly process) and Mid Term Plan (every 2/3 years) of the GTA BU

Multiple ad hoc business cases and active participation to some local strategic initiatives

Transversal projects

Active participation to the spreading of a culture of Excellence within the various geographical areas of the GTA BU: harmonize tools and processes, design and roll-out of operational dashboards, alignment of practices (standardization of processes, automation of reports...) and ensure discipline, optimization of reporting tools and BI reports in close connection with the relevant Corporate functions

Be the local ambassador of the New Financial Performance Model (NFPM) being gradually deployed worldwide within Roquette Group: explain the NFPM purpose and objectives, train the local teams to the new KPI’s and the new way of working in order to ensure on-boarding and ownership

Contribute to any kind of ad hoc projects instructed by the Group

Skills

Master’s degree in business administration or related, working language English

5 years min experience in Business Analysis and Controlling in a preferably industrial environment, very comfortable with collaborative and BI tools

Problem solver, spirit of initiative and a strong ability to adapt quickly in a very fast moving environment

Result oriented, hands on, committed, with strong planning and execution capabilities

Team player, comfortable in a matrix environment and able to interact with Senior Management (members of the Roquette Executive Committee)

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
