Responsibilities

Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.

Conducting follow-up discussions with clients to ensure their contentment while progressing towards sales closure.

Manage the office independently and efficiently as the sole person on-site.

Ensure task adherence and productivity for the team.

Generate and distribute daily reports outlining individual and team goals.

Address customer complaints and cancellations with professionalism and resolution-focused communication.

Undertake managerial tasks without the requirement for direct sales involvement.

Requirements

An Active Arizona Property and Casualty License is Required.

3+ years in the insurance industry with a preferred background in management.

Showcases advanced technical and cognitive capabilities to ensure precision and accuracy in tasks.

Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide reliable, clear, concise, and informative responses.

Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a dependable and positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
