Project Coordination:

•Leads Day-to-Day coordination with internal & external stakeholders for Major Projects under the supervision of a Team Lead / PM for low complexity projects (M1)

•Supports PM in execution of projects for Day-to-Day activities on high complexity projects

•Keeps Team Lead/ Project Manager and project team informed re; deviations on schedule, budget and scope and escalates issues where required

•Responsible for project execution with the given Limits of Authority (accountability with MAJP Project Manager or Teamlead)

•Ensures project Health, safety, environment (HSE) & quality management performance in collaboration with MAJP Project Manager

Project Delivery & Commercial:

•Technical coordination of the overall project in collaboration with Field Resource Manager & MAJP Project Manager

•Ensures availability of equipment, tools, labour, parts, consumables & logistics in collaboration with the support functions

•Initiates and coordinates procurements processes as required

•Responsible for identifying, mitigating and escalating deviations re; schedule, budget, scope as well as other performances (HSE, QM)

•Enables efficient execution of all activities with a strong focus on safe work

•Documentation management
