Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals.

Training: Provide training to employees on quality standards and procedures.

Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of quality processes and procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years as a quality inspector

Minimum 5 years CMM Experience…operating and/or programming

Minimum 5 years of GD&T Experience

Minimum 7 years of ISO 9001;2015 Certification experience

Knowledge of calibration procedures and systems

Knowledge of measurement instruments and procedures

Personnel management experience

Personnel training experience

Personnel evaluations

Department Budget Management experience

Capable of developing reports and charts including Microsoft Office efficiency

Departmental evaluation of resource needs

Ability to communicate and represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner

Ability to evaluate vendor performance
