Field Service Technician Vadodara Contract Role

Provide quality technical support to customers for high level of customer satisfaction in terms of courtesy, response & continuous customer engagement. Create a high level of contribution towards machine selling by delivering top class service to the customer with effective communication & faster problem solving. Responsible for sales growth of service related products, keeping customer satisfaction in mind all the time. Work towards customer satisfaction in line with TRUMPF group guidelines for technical support & meeting customer expectations in terms of machine installations, repairs, maintenance, projects etc

Diploma in Mech/BE Mech/Mechatronics

2-3Years Experience with Machine Tools Technology
