Soliant is actively seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to fill a school-based contract position in the Westport, CTarea. In this role as a Contract BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in enriching the educational journey of students with autism and other developmental disabilities. Collaborating closely with a dedicated team of educators and support staff, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs) that promote growth, independence, and positive behavioral changes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.

Provide training and guidance to school staff, including teachers and paraprofessionals, on the implementation of BIPs.

Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary.

Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a cohesive approach to support.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation.

Participate in team meetings, offering expertise to enhance the overall educational environment.

Qualifications:

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

State licensure and certification are mandatory.

In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.

Compassion and patience when working with students with developmental disabilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, staff, and parents.

Ability to work collaboratively within a school team environment.
