Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!

· Responsible for hierarchical management of operators or teams of operators (job codes LWB 1, 2 & 3) in Warehouse.

· Responsible for employee performance, development, engagement, discipline, etc.

· Responsible for the performance of "standard work" within his or her sector or department.

· Fill in for or assist LWB1 or LWB2 operators as needed.

· Responsible for temporarily moving or shifting individual operators from one position or sector to another depending on changes in demand or priorities. May or may not have budget responsibility.

· Responsible for the safety, ergonomic, and 5S behavior within the sector.

· Responsible for training and certification of operators LWB1 and LWB2 and contributing to the updates of the versatility and training matrix.

· Required to complete LWB1 and LWB2 activities as needed.

· Leads the sector SIM1 meeting.

· Responsible maintenance as required.

About You

· Education bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar field

· Experience of 4-7 Years in similar field

· Good Leadership skills & Problem-solving techniques.

· Good understanding for Warehouse Management system & Safety Regulation

· Good command of English

· Cross Functional oriented

· Analytical Skill

· Operator skills of LWB2 (multiple operation skills).
