Job Description

Kable Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associate for a GREAT customer of ours in Dayton, OH. This is a temp to hire opportunity.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome and answer customer questions about the auction pick up process.

Prepare for auction pickup by down stacking pallets and organizing items accordingly.

Offer friendly assistance to customers that need help finding their items.

Perform customer checkout procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Lot product: photograph, grade, and confirm accurate description of auction items.

Stay informed and adhere to the company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail oriented.

18 years of age or older.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently.

Ability to work well as part of a team.

Proven history of strong work ethic.

Willingness to learn new things.

Adaptability to change.

Technological literacy - Experience using an IOS device (iPad) is a plus but not required training will be provided.

Ability to work in a warehouse environment – non-temperature-controlled environment, lifting items/boxes overhead, standing for extended periods of time, squatting, ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs
