Job Description
Salary:
The Account Coordinator is a key part of our account team. They assist in all aspects of managing our client projects including pitches, production, and project execution. The Account Coordinator helps develop ongoing strategies and assists in creating post-campaign recaps.
Responsibilities
Provide assistance and administrative support to the account team
Write and edit presentations, marketing plans, and reports
Assist in the preparation for meetings and calls including scheduling, drafting agendas, and distributing documents
Coordinate travel and reservations for clients and internal team members
Coordinate shipping and deliveries
Submit purchase orders and oversee budgets
Create client recap reports
Research for client projects and new business opportunities
Participate in brainstorming sessions
Requirements/Qualifications
One or more years of advertising / marketing agency experience or equivalent
Strong knowledge of all forms of creative output: digital, print, social, experiential, and video/film
Familiarity with strategic and communication planning, creative brief development
Ability to successfully deliver in ambiguous situations
Creative problem solving
General knowledge of current pop-culture and music industry trends

The annual base pay range for this role is between $40,000 and $48,000.
