JOB SUMMARY:

To promote the mission of PATH to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life by being an effective supervisor and member. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision of staff including caseload assignments, documentation review and ensuring staff are providing quality services, utilization of PATH approved Evidence Based Practices per regulations, standards and policies and procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of Quality Improvement (QI) activities including reviewing daily case conference records for all admissions into the outpatient programs at PATH. Ensure all clinically necessary information is recorded within the intake assessment and that all individuals are referred to the most appropriate program to meet their needs. Coordinate linkages to other agencies and programs as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Health Discipline.

At least five years of experience, including supervisory, in the provision of behavioral health services to children, youths, adults and families.

PA Licensure in a behavioral health discipline (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).

Ability to use electronic health record required.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

Maintain and enforce compliance with DPW’s 55 PA Code Chapter 5200; Psychiatric Outpatient Clinics; Department of Health, Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Programs Chapters 701, 704, 705, 709,711 and Philadelphia DBH requirements, CBH Network Inclusion And Credentialing (NIAC) standards, Managed Care/Medicare/Medicaid/Other Insurance standards.

Oversee, in collaboration with the Director, admissions, assignment and discharge of individuals receiving Outpatient services

Ensure individuals seen through intake department are referred to appropriate services

Monitor service provision to ensure that each individual receives quality, effective and appropriate clinical service

Coordinate crisis and case management services with other staff in COC/Outpatient Department
