WE ARE ACTIVELY SEEKING WAREHOUSE/DELIVERY TEAM MEMBERS

We warehouse and deliver furniture for locally owned retail stores. Furniture Enterprises of Alaska, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Team Member. Responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and picking, merchandise. Preparing items for delivery, loading & driving trucks, and assisting customers with load outs.

Details:

$24.00 Per Hour to Start

Full Time – Days – 2 Consecutive days off each week

PTO (104 Hours)

Responsibilities:

Transferring Merchandise in the Warehouse – Shipping/Receiving

Assisting with customer pick-ups and delivery.

Operating Company Equipment in a safe and courteous manner.

Operating Company Trucks in a in a safe and courteous manner.

Communicating with supervisors, and other team members in a professional manner.

Effectively following company policies and procedures and continually improving efficiencies.

Keeping work area clean & safe

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Upon job offer, must be able to pass a background check and drug & alcohol test prior to starting employment.

Must be 21 years of age.

Hold a valid driver license, and a clean driving record.

Pass a DOT health screening.

Lift between 70-100 lbs. consecutively.

Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift.

Ability to operate warehouse tools and equipment.
