Salary:

The Account Director is the primary client lead. You’ll be responsible for the overall health, profitability, and growth of assigned accounts. You will drive growth, manage your clients on a day-to-day basis, as well as provide guidance and oversight to the other account team members. Additionally, the Account Director helps drive the development of business and marketing strategies, process and communication management, and networking and relationship building with current and prospective clients.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance, recommendations, and leadership on your client business

Collaboratively work with our cross discipline team to develop and execute strategies that will build our client’s business

Write and edit presentations, marketing plans, and reports

Work with assigned team members to manage and oversee all resources to ensure client needs are met

Lead and monitor day-to-day activities to identify opportunities for new business and account growth

Set processes to manage workflow across departments

Source and collaborate with outside vendors

Build and maintain project budgets and liaise with the finance team

Oversee multiple projects with concurrent deadlines through effective account management

Requirements/Qualifications

Five or more years of advertising / marketing agency experience or equivalent

Minimum of one year experience managing a team

Strong knowledge of all forms of creative output: digital, print, social, experiential, and video/film

Familiarity with strategic and communication planning, creative brief development

Demonstrated experience developing long term client relationships

Ability to successfully deliver in ambiguous situations

Creative problem solving

General knowledge of current pop-culture and music industry trends

Candidates for this role have the option to work remotely.

The annual base pay range for this role is between $80,000 and $95,000.
