Job Description

Position: Pain Management Nurse Practitioner

Location: Mesa, Arizona

Schedule: Full Time

Salary: $100k - $160k / year

Benefits: Standard Package

Education:

Graduated from an approved school for Nurse Practitioners

License(s):

AZ State License

Valid AZ DEA with Schedule II- IV DEA

Experience:

Evaluation & management for chronic pain conditions

Familiarity with Surgical Intervention for Musculoskeletal Diagnosis/Conditions

Epidurals, MBB, RFA

Spinal Cord Stimulation

Vertebral Augmentation

Vertiflex

MILD

Medication Management with Controlled Substances & Medications

Examines patient and performs a comprehensive physical exam, and complies medical data including health history and results of physical examination

Administers or orders diagnostic test, lab tests and interprets test results for deviations from normal

Develops and implements patient management plans, records progress notes and assists in provision of continuity of care
