Full Time Regional Director - Electrical Distribution Construction

The Regional Director is responsible for the overall management of the electrical distribution construction team in a specific region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical transmission and distribution, distribution line construction, and high voltage utility construction. They will also have a proven track record of success in managing and motivating teams, as well as a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

Manage the electrical distribution construction team in a specific region

Develop and implement construction plans and schedules

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team

Manage budgets and resources

Resolve construction issues and problems

Ensure that all work is completed in a safe and timely manner

Meet or exceed all quality standards

Provide feedback and coaching to team members

Recruit and hire new team members

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

10+ years of experience in electrical distribution construction

Strong understanding of electrical transmission and distribution, distribution line construction, and high voltage utility construction

Proven track record of success in managing and motivating teams

Strong commitment to safety and quality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
