Job Description
Salary: $12-$15 Hourly DOE
Environmental Construction Services, Inc. (ECSI360) is a construction, energy and facilities management firm headquartered out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. ECSI360 is expanding and is looking for an ambitious and hard-working candidate to take on the task of administrative assistant to the President of ECSI360. This full-time position will have direct contact with the executive team of the company, so a highly qualified candidate with excellent administrative skills will be required.
This position will be supporting the company with administrative tasks and will pay between $12 and $15 per hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
File paper work electronically
Typing letters and documents
Answer a low volume of incoming calls
Manage emails
Manage President's calendar
Make copies and scan files as needed
Communicate with other branches
Hours: 40 hours per week
Skills:
Must be able to type 70wpm
Must be a self-starter
Must be outgoing and team oriented
Must be organized
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have excellent computer skills
(This position will require satisfactory completion of an online examination to assess a candidates skill level)
Education and Experience:
Minimum of an Associate Degree or 3 years of experience
