This position will be responsible for developing solution-level Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to include requirements generation. Duties include:
Creating/managing project schedule to achieve desired outcomes from Joint Reengineering process queue based on team capacity
Manages day-to-day execution and co-facilitation (w/ GOV Lead) of working sessions
Ensures application of BPR best practices, mitigation of existing pain points, and capture of key outputs (Enterprise Architecture, DOTMLPF-P actions, and Requirements)
Delivers updates to internal and external stakeholders on Joint Reengineering execution and outcomes
Successful candidates will have
Experience within the Department of Defense executing similar transformation work
Strong communication skills across a variety of user communities
Ability to manage multiple lines of effort and competing priorities and ensure successful mission accomplishment across all lines
Experience applying Agile methodology to project execution
Understanding of SAP and S4/HANA business processes
Ability to tie execution of project plan and associated results to strategic framework/CONOPS
