This employee must maintain professional conduct at all times. Expected to work the schedule as prescribed, which includes reporting to work on time, ending the workday as scheduled and,clocking in and out for lunch. Must be able to perform duties to the degree and quality as instructed. Must be able to manage time and be detail oriented. Must reflect a high level of competency and professionalism to all guests and other team members. Must exhibit a clean, courteous, and professional attitude and appearance while performing daily duties. Must be prepared to provide a detailed status of projects at any given point.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Release inventory from contracts
Title searches
Draft and mail deeds for signature
Scanning/filing
Report the status of inventory
Special one-off relinquishment projects for delinquent Capital owners or HOA board assignments
Record deeds and update databases accordingly
Deed-in-lieu campaigns
Communicate with owners via email, telephone, and mail
Job Requirements
Education, Essential Training / Certifications and Experience:
High School Diploma/GED
Timeshare experience preferred but not required
Deed/Title experience preferred but not required
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, etc.
Time management skills
Project planning, implementation, and completion
