Requirements: Higher diploma in Human Resource/Business Degree or equivalent Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in related field.

Prior experience in working with a manufacturing industry would be an added advantage.

Candidates who are well versed with managing HR2000 payroll software are encouraged to apply.

Well versed with Employment Act 1955 in term of calculation of payroll related matter.

Possess excellent attitude, personality, initiative, responsible, team player and able to work independently.

Language required: English, BM, Mandarin.

Position: Payroll Specialist Location: Banting Responsibilities: Process monthly payroll including generating payroll report, e-payslip from payroll system, transfer salaries and statutory payments via online banking.

Manage and maintain the entire HRMS core and strategic modules such as profiling, leave, claim, attendance, appraisal etc.

Generate yearly EA forms and submit Form E via online.

Provide advisory services to employees on matters related to payroll, e-leave or e-claims.

Act as System Administrator for Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and to handle any enquiries related to the system.

Provide assistance to the Payroll & HR Services Head in checking and verifying payroll transactions, benefits administration (e-leave, e-claims and Group Insurance Scheme) and HRMS management.

Prepare periodic and ad-hoc HR analytics reports as and when required.

Liaise with government agencies such as KWSP, SOCSO and LHDN etc.

Handle any ad hoc assignment as and when required.
