Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

Proven 10 years of working experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.

Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
