TITAN Group is currently looking for a driven and tech-savvy professional to assume the Reporting & Controlling Analyst position within our Group Procurement team.
The job holder will be responsible for supporting the Group Procurement Reporting & Controlling Manager and other Group Procurement members, in terms of performing complex analyses with business context, actively contributing to the design and development of analytical methods/tools/reports where necessary and providing visualization support.
The position is based in Athens, Greece.
What you will be doing
Perform data analysis (collects, processes, analyzes, visualizes) for Group projects
Perform data auditing (i.e. assess the quality of the data, identify outliers, assess effect of data quality to end-products of analysis) and data pre-processing to cleanse and prepare datasets for use in analytical packages
Analyze, quantify and model key drivers and metrics pertaining to the Group Procurement categories
Conduct desktop research, synthesize the results of research and identify main insights
Co-develop analytical models to provide answers to specific business questions
Liaise with BU and Group Corporate Center stakeholders for the timely collection and analysis of data
Provide visual aids and operational support for large projects
Participate in problem solving and team interactions to identify areas for the creation or enhancement of Group Procurement processes and provide creative solutions
Facilitate management change in interactions with project stakeholders during implementation phases
What you will bring along
BA or BSc degree preferably in Science, Economics or Engineering
MSc or MBA will be considered an asset
At least 3 years of experience in business/data analysis, preferably in an industrial environment
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint (database and statistical packages knowledge will be considered an asset)
Proficiency in SAP reporting and analytics is highly desirable
Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly PowerBI and Tableau
A strong desire to continually enhance expertise in reporting tools, staying up-to-date with the latest features, best practices, and emerging trends in the field
Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Greek and English
Skills critical for optimal performance on the role
Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment & devise creative business solutions
Knowledge of procurement processes and principles is a plus
