Responsibilities:

Enter and update client and property information into our database accurately and efficiently

Verify accuracy of data entered and make necessary corrections

Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency

Assist with organizing and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems

Collaborate with team members to support data management needs

Handle other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in data entry or similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent typing and numeric keypad skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
