At Ecolab we are looking for a Complaint Coordinator to join our team. This position is for the MPD and Quality team in Europe. This position will be required to work with the European Quality team to lead claims management, investigation and loss reporting at the functional level.

Role Responsibilities:

Monitor complaints metrics data, identify trends from data and use that information to recommend/implement efficiency optimization solutions.

Train others in the use of standardized reports, spreadsheets, and databases.

Complaints – Complaints Coordinator. Review & Assign Customer. Complaints. Validate data quality (verification of completeness) of submitted complaints.

Provide Feedback to divisional point of contacts.

Oversee complaints process and check which ones are overdue (opened more than 30 days) and coordinate support needed.

Top 5 Kaizens. Lead Top 5 regional and cross site Improvement Kaizens.

Generate Standards for the Region (Q factors).

Requirements:

University Degree or Higher education in Business Administration or Economics or Engineering or Finance; Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial/Automation/Banking).

Previous experience in Supply Chain processes, Manufacturing or Quality function.

Ideally previous experience with Cost of Quality, TPM or Loss Reporting into Supply Chain.

Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Proficiency with ERP software, preferably SAP, EXCEL, ACCESS (a plus), POWER BI.

Work experience in a multinational/multicultural/matrix environment

Fluency in written and spoken English. Spanish is a plus.

Excellent communication & presentation skills.
