SMP Estimator Gas & Construction Midrand

We’re looking for a someone who can analyse engineering tenders in their sleep.

If you have 8+ years of experience in successfully developing tenders in Structural, Mechanical, and piping projects, you might be exactly who we are looking for.

Our client, a leading innovator in the construction industry, is looking for a SMP Estimator who is mad about details to join their team.

Your meticulous attention to detail would see you interpreting tender documents, specifications, and drawings for various projects, ensuring that the overall accuracy of any material produced by our client is up to code.

You would prepare subcontract provider packages, and cost estimates and proposals.

In addition to this, you would be involved in the introduction of new techniques in estimating, and the adjudication and negotiation of materials, equipment, and subcontract quotations.

Perhaps most crucial to this role, however, is ensuring that an accurate bid analysis is conducted, and all respective quotations are received.

Occasional visits to project site will be required.
