Program Director of Sports

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: * 1.

Supervise and oversee sports staff, volunteers and all operations of the sports department * 2.

Develop and implement innovative approaches to promoting sports programs * 3.

Create positive lasting members for each sport participant and volunteer each day * This is not an exhaustive list of job duties.

Other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned.

Requirements WHAT YOU WILL BRING: * 1.

Minimum age of 21 * 2.

A passion for working with youth * 3.

YMCA Team Leader Certification preferred * 4.

Minimum two years working in sports programming or related * 5.

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience * 6.
