We are currently recruiting for a Food service assistant to be a part of our integral team at Loch & Larder, Eastgate Shopping Centre, Inverness, IV2 3PP

Monday – Sunday – 8.30am – 5.30pm

What you'll be doing

Required to be flexible according to business requirements. The daily focus may vary, however it is expected that activities will typically include the following:

Providing great customer service throughout the dining experience.

Cash Handling

Working with our Epos System

Supporting the supervisor in operating the outlets.

Stock control including helping with monthly stock takes.

Keeping the front of house areas clean and attractive to customers.

Service of food to customers.

General cleaning of front and back of house

Sweeping/Mopping and general house keeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.

Preparation of any other public facing areas as required

Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.

Experience

Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given

Good communication skills

Flexible with shifts

An excellent team player with a ‘can do’ attitude!
