Job Description & SummaryA career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

Our Accounting team helps internal leaders with fixed assets accounting and asset management, financial reporting, accounting research and analysis, statutory and regulatory reporting, and data security. As part of the team, you’ll assist with monthly closings, financial analysis, oversight and management of controls and compliance, tax and cash projections and data security.

Requirements:

Qualification: CA

Experience: 6-8 Years of experience in statutory reporting specifically on Revenue Assurance

(Ind AS 115)

Person having hands on experience on the following:

Good knowledge / understanding of Ind AS 115 and statutory reporting.

Should be able to evaluate the client’s contract for revenue recognition purpose.

Should be able to handle queries from business teams on Revenue Recognition /

Deferred Revenue and Unbilled Revenue.

Must have excellent accounting background, strong analytical skills to evaluate the

financials.

Must have excellent command over GL accounting.

Must be proficient in MS Office (specially excel + Powe BI / Power Pivot will add

advantage).

Ability to handle voluminous data and perform multiple reconciliation.

Willing to work in stringent timelines and pressing situations and liaison with other

teammates.

Should be able to work with different the team / SPOC during pressing times.

Must have excellent command over ERPs such as oracle, etc.

Should have excellent communication skills.

Must have capability of taking up new challenges.

Must be flexible to provide support to the team during statutory deadline and various ad

hoc assignments.

Mandatory skill sets- Revenue Assurance, Finance controllership

Preferred skill sets- INDAS115, statutory reporting, Revenue Recognition, Deferred Revenue and Unbilled Revenue, GL accounting
