My Guys Moving & Storage is a dynamic company dedicated to growth and development. We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers a comprehensive 3-month paid training program, preparing you for success in either inside or outside sales. With potential earnings of $70,000 to $250,000+, this position is ideal for self-motivated individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their moving needs and provide tailored solutions.

Conduct consultations to assess clients' requirements and provide accurate quotes.

Deliver compelling and informative sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our moving services.

Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals and meet revenue goals.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Provide feedback to the marketing and operations teams for continuous improvement.

Acquire hands-on experience with our products and services during the first month of training.

Qualifications:

Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.

Effective listening and communication skills; good grammar, voice, and diction.

Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.

Attention to detail.

Understanding of effective selling and closing strategies and techniques.

Comfortable initiating customer contact and asking for their business and referrals.
