As a Subsea Field Operator, you will be responsible for providing and delivering an exceptional service with the highest possible safety standards to both onshore and offshore facilities, with the chance to support service teams across regions globally.
As a Subsea Field Operator, you will be responsible for:
Assisting with the operation, installation, and maintenance of company and customer subsea wellhead and tree equipment in accordance with the company’s recommended procedures, methods & guides
Working in the Shop to maintain and repair tools and equipment
Timely completion of all pre/post-job and administrative duties including, but not limited to, customer and service reports, timesheets, job debriefs, and tooling tracking
Use company e-tools to retrieve technical documents and management packing lists, bills of materials, drawings, prior job reports, etc.
Performing uncompromising integrity to ensure 100% compliance with regulatory and company rules and requirements
Safe and compliant performance of all activities in line with the company’s and our customer’s environmental health and Safety (HSE) guidelines and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a Technical High School Diploma / GED / Technical College Degree (with at least 1-year working experience with engineering or field service, 1-year previous experience working offshore, and 1 year of experience working in a shop)
Have working Proficiency in written & spoken English
Have the ability to understand and implement mechanical drawings
Be able to lift heavy objects
Desired Qualifications
Have a proactive approach to allocated tasks, taking ownership of all aspects of the job: Equipment; Spares; Reviewing job history/lessons learned
Having experience working on Subsea Wellhead equipment is a plus
Have solid computer skills, including operating systems and standard office software

The job is of an Ad-hoc nature, and the FSE will be expected to be flexible in their approach to irregular working patterns. While in training, the job may be similar to Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day, but it could be as many as 12 hours per day. When offshore, the job would be 7 days per week, working a 12-hour shift or as the job requires.
When at Supercenter, must use the clock-in system.
