Senior Accountant:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do:

Oversee and manage the financial accounting processes and procedures

Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards

Monitor financial transactions and prepare journal entries

Conduct monthly and yearly financial closings

Review financial data for accuracy and consistency

Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making

Mentor and train junior accounting staff as needed

Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA certification preferred

5+ years of experience in accounting or finance

Proficient in accounting software and financial reporting tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and accuracy
