Salary

:

HK$19,188 – HK$23,323 per month

Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

To perform administrative and executive support in offices of clinical departments.

2.

To handle enquires, liaise and communicate with staff and public.

3.

To assist in planning, coordinating, organizing and managing departmental programmes and activities.

4.

To assist in collecting and analyzing data for management reporting.

5.

To file and retrieve documents, compile statistics and returns.

6.

To carry out general clerical duties that includes filing, data entry & statistics and record keeping.

7.

To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Entry Requirement:

1.

University Graduates; OR

2.

Has obtained a Diploma in a specialized function and has completed F.5/ S.5 with:

(a)

5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent;

Or;

(b)

5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:

· Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language, and

· Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ Grade E in Other Language subjects, or equivalent.

Preferred Attributes:

1.

Proficiency in common computer software (e.g. MS office, Chinese Word processing, Excel and PowerPoint).

2.

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.

3.

Responsible, proactive and able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills.

4.

Experience with hospital settings. Work experience in a similar department or department with similar nature of work will be a definite advantage.

5.

Experience in analyzing and maintaining high volume of data.
