Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs analysis and propose training programs
Plan, organize, facilitate and evaluate Internal training programs
Coordinate training arrangements and negotiate contracts with external training providers
Process payment for training requests
Keep training records updated and follow up training results and progress; Manage LMS
Process training bonds and monitor for exit clearance
Coordinate with managers and HODs about training concerns and other projects
Other tasks that may be assigned
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Education, Mass Communication or AB Communications. Any equivalent.
Excellent English and Chinese communication skills (Written and Verbal).
Experienced in training field for Customer Service, Operations, Sales or Marketing
Background in BPO is a plus.
Background in training or IT experience for Expatriates is a plus.
Intermediate skills in MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Background in handling different learning management systems is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
