Plant Coordinator

External Manufacturing Operations

Oversee and manage the daily activities of the assigned external manufacturing facility.

Ensure adherence to production schedules and product manufacturing in compliance with company and industry standards.

Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

Support and work closely with Plant Operation Manager for any continuous improvement project

Quality Assurance

Assist in the implementation of quality control procedures.

Coordinate with the external manufacturers to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions

Communication and Coordination

Communicate effectively with external manufacturers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Coordinate with the Plant Operations Manager to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.

Regularly collect and report production data to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives.

Education:

Diploma degree/Bachelor degree in Agriculture/Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Experience:

Three years of supervisory experience.

Other Qualifications:

· English language skill written and spoken.

· Good understanding of agricultural manufacturing processes and industry standards.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
