This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and provide Tier 2 support for our IT systems, ensuring the seamless operation of critical business processes.

Responsibilities:

Ticket Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

Project Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on long-term initiatives. Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of projects, contributing your expertise to drive successful outcomes.

Tier 2 Escalation: Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for challenging technical problems that cannot be resolved at Tier 1. Investigate and resolve these escalated issues efficiently.

Versatile Support: Handle a variety of tasks, with some days focused on ticket resolution and others on project work. Adapt to changing priorities and thrive in an environment where every day presents unique challenges.

Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of systems, processes, and procedures. Help develop and update documentation to ensure the team has access to the latest information.

Client Interaction: Engage with clients and end-users as needed, providing top-notch client-facing skills. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure our products meet their expectations.

Qualifications:

1-5 years of experience

NextGen Administration: Proven experience with NextGen administration, including configuration and maintenance of NextGen systems.

Windows and Windows Servers: Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and Windows server environments, including basic troubleshooting and administration.

SQL: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation. Experience with database maintenance is a plus.

Documentation Skills: Strong passion for and proficiency in documentation. The ability to create clear and concise documentation is essential for this role.

Client Facing Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client service. You should be comfortable working directly with clients and end-users.

Problem-Solving: A proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically when faced with complex issues.

Adaptability: The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in an environment with a varying workload.

Team Player: A collaborative attitude and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
