Manufacturing Project Engineer

The ideal candidate will possesses experience in capital improvement projects in a chemical manufacturing plant environment. You will play a critical role in creating, defining, preparing and leading capital improvement projects in line with the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

Managing engineering projects that meet budget, efficiency, time and scope

Advise on proposed process modifications and create a business case as necessary

Ensure that the site capital improvement plans are in accordance with the site priorities

Identify opportunities and make suggestions for improving the production process

Ensure documentation and projects are compliant with all regulations

Ensure the production team has buy-in on all plant improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in either Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering

At least 1 - 2 years' of engineering experience

Experience in a Chemical Plant
