Miami plaintiff's firm is looking to add a class and collective action litigation attorney with at least 5 years of experience who is either licensed in Illinois or willing to waive in.

Florida Bar is not a requirement.

The ideal candidate has experience with class and collective actions as well as the biometric privacy act.

The position is in office in Miami or remote in Illinois.
