Branch Accountant

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dealership Accountant at a Dealership based in Johannesburg North.

Requirements:

At least 3 years working experience at dealership level in the automotive industry, either as Accountant or Financial Manager

Experience working on Evolve, Automate, Kerridge or Autoline

Clear criminal record and credit record

Must be able to work without supervision

Dynamic individual, quick thinker, confident, innovative and hard worker

Duties include but are not limited to:

Daily banking, cash flow

Check debtors cash sales Wip on a daily basis

Month end Journals

Prepare monthly recons

Daily DOC

Process all fleet claims and other invoices and credit notes from OEM

Assist DP with management daily, operating and annual financial reports to OEM or dealership management in terms of franchise agreement

Control fixed assets and follow up on outstanding vehicle debtors

Report and prepare financial statements
