Minimum Requirements:

Matric.

Relevant Tertiary qualification.

Possess minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.

Valid Drivers License.

Microsoft Office Suite.

Essential: Advanced Microsoft Excel. Roles and Responsibilities:

Developing Personal Customer Database: Maintain and expand a comprehensive customer database including Key Accounts, Municipal clients, Trade/Retail partners, and Smart Meters users.

Customer Outreach: Continuously identify and engage both new and existing customers to foster strong relationships and drive sales growth.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets set by management through proactive selling and strategic account management.

Pricing Management: Determine appropriate pricing for each customer within established parameters to optimise profitability while remaining competitive in the market.

Collaboration with Sales Coordinators: Work closely with sales coordinators to ensure accurate and timely preparation of customer quotes.

Order Management: Regularly evaluate backorders for assigned customers, liaising with production to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports on a weekly basis to provide insights into performance and market trends.

Debtor Recovery Assistance: Support Finance in the recovery process for overdue accounts among assigned customers.

Asset Management: Maintain and uphold the company's image by responsibly managing provided tools such as vehicles, laptops, cell phones, and other relevant materials.

Market Intelligence: Provide ongoing market intelligence on competitors, new entrants, suppliers, customers, and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats to the company.

Marketing Case Studies: Develop and present at least one Marketing Case Study annually showcasing how the company's products or services have contributed to achieving market goals within the region.

Marketing Participation: Actively participate in all marketing-related activities, campaigns, and activations to promote brand awareness and drive sales.Closing Date:
