Component Solutions Group, Inc. is a leading provider of high-quality, engineered fasteners and other related products manufactured in the US and worldwide. We’re seeking an experienced Administrative and Sustainability Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on administrative functions to drive company success and meet sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provides administrative support to human resources to handle payroll and personnel databases

· Handle employee inquiries and assist in HR-related matters

· Assist in human resource recruiting efforts

· Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.

· Organizing daily financial tasks with the financial management team to optimize workflow

· Perform general administrative, clerical, and executive support tasks to ensure organizational sustainability

· Creating, implementing, and maintaining a plan to ensure sustainability initiatives are properly implemented

· Promote sustainability awareness and best practices

· Support sustainability efforts within the company through the use of excellent communication skills

· Some travel to other business units as needed (10%)

· Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· At least 3 years + in an administrative support role

· An associate degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred

· Experience in the field of sustainability and an understanding of environmental and social issues is a plus

· Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

· High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

· Excellent task and time management skills.

· Basic math abilities and an understanding of basic financial concepts.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously

· Independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction

· Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.

· Proficient in MS Office

· Ability to travel as necessary.

· Experience in SAGE 50 would be an asset
