IT Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an IT Location Manager to join our team! You will handle a variety of projects to support and improve the organization's network systems.

Responsibilities:

Manage a small team of Level 1 Technician(s).

Report back to the head of IT & collaborate on projects for that location

Manage user accounts

Manage all aspects of the networking platform

Troubleshoot network & system issues

Monitor active network infrastructure

Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment

Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches

Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures

Document all technical procedures and user guides

Inventory devices used for day to day instructional or organizational use.

Qualifications:

Team management experience

Display strong leadership skills & motivational skills

Previous education as a network or systems administrator

Comptia A+ Certification preferred

Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Deadline and detail-oriented

Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Must pass Level 2 background check
