Welder Fitter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in stick welding, fabrication, and mechanical knowledge. If you have experience in welding, blueprint reading, and using hand tools, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:

- Weld and fabricate metal components as per specifications

- Read and interpret blueprints to plan work

- Assemble parts by bolting and riveting

- Utilize micrometers for precise measurements

- Perform pipe threading and machining tasks

- Use a variety of hand tools for cutting and shaping metal

Requirements:

- Proficiency in stick and tig welding techniques

- Ability to fabricate and assemble metal parts accurately

- Mechanical knowledge for understanding equipment operations

- Competency in blueprint reading to interpret technical drawings

- Experience with micrometers for precision measurements

- Familiarity with pipe threading and machining processes
