Position: Member Services Tech Support Agent

Pay: $20/hr.

Location: Ability to commute daily and work onsite in Tyler, TX (75701 Zip code)

Shift: Must be available to accept any 8 hour shift between the hours of operation: 9am-830pm Monday-Saturday

Job Description:

The Member Services Tech Support Agent is the first line of technical support and is responsible for answering and resolving technical support issues from our subscribers.

They will handle inbound/outbound calls, conduct activations, troubleshooting device and or network issues and answering complex account and billing related questions.

Be a subject matter expert within the area of technical support and customer service.

Meet operational standards by problem resolution, process improvement and customer-service standards.

Answer calls and handle questions and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Must be able to work fully onsite in Tyler, TX

1 year of Customer Service or Tech Support Experience Required.

Willing to work overtime and Saturdays.

Proficient in Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite.

High School Degree or GED Required.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Professional phone and email etiquette.
