Client Retention: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service that fosters long-term loyalty to the agency. Market experience: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the insurance industry, including products, services and regulatory requirements, to provide the most up-to-date advice to clients.

Sales Objectives: Reach and exceed assigned sales objectives through strategic planning and perseverance.

Ratings: A proven track record in insurance sales or a closely related field. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. A valid insurance license (or the ability to obtain one quickly upon hire). A strong motivation for sales achievement and a passion for customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
